August 2006 Where Are We In Scripture The economy is very unstable at this point and fuel prices are out of control! Gas companies are making record profits off of the consumer. The weather has had a dramatic impact on our lives over the past few years with many disasters taking place around the world. Can you name all of the events that have occurred? Mud slides, Major Forest Fires, Typhoons, Various Types of Earth Quakes, Floods, Famine, Hurricanes, Drought, and several attempts by terrorists to cause havoc around the world. In the Middle East another major conflict has erupted between Israel and the Terrorist Group - called Hezbollah located in Southern, Lebanon. At the time of this writing the United Nations has met and are sending in troops to try and calm the situation down at hand.
God's Word, in Psalm 83, talks of Israel being surrounded by its enemies in the neighboring countries and says that the leaders of theses countries have formed a coalition to cut them off from being a nation and that they (Israel) be remembered no more. What does God say about all this! Read the 83rd Psalm and see for yourself. America stands at the thresh hold of war once again. Iraq continues to defy the United Nations in the weapons inspections and now North Korea has said it wants to dispel all weapons inspectors from its country. What lies ahead is any ones guess but as sure as I am sitting here typing this message their is one person who knows for sure what is going to happen and that is our Heavenly Father. You see the bible clearly tells us what is about to happen in the last days and God and His Word are one.
Whether or not we go to war with Iraq, the message in the bible is very clear. God is gathering his saints for a great Heavenly Feast that will take place very soon. How soon? God knows the answer to that. But He said, " it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, that I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your young men shall see visions, your old men shall dream dreams, and on MY menservants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days, and they shall prophesy. I will show wonders in heaven above and signs in the earth beneath; Blood and fire and vapor of smoke. The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood. Before the coming of the great and notable day of the Lord. And it shall come to pass that whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved. (Acts 2:17-21 NKJV) In Acts 2:38 (NKJV) it says, "Then Peter said to them, Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. For the promise is to you and to your children, and to all who are afar off, as many as the Lord our God will call." Now is the appointed time for salvation my friend. Call upon the Lord and He will give you eternal life.
Pray this prayer out loud: Just say, "Heavenly Father I come to you in the name of Jesus. I ask for your forgiveness and I repent of all the sins I have committed. Wash me in your blood and cleanse me of all unrighteousness. Jesus, I believe that you are the Son of the Living God and that you died for me and arose again on the third day. And because you live, I live, and have everlasting life with you. In the Name of Jesus I Pray - Amen.

October 7, 2001America Strikes Back "The Sleeping Giant Has Awaken"
The Taliban are under full scale attack. They have neglected to turn over the terrorist leader Osama Bin Laden for his cowardly acts upon the United States of America and the loss of thousands of lives. The skies overhead are filled with anti-aircraft rounds and the area under attack is being bombarded by large military aircraft and missiles from a nearby Navy ship.
According to news sources, the areas being struck are hitting their targets with precision and deadly force. The terrorist camps are the first targets of this military campaign and recent news tells us that the United States of America is under heightened alert due to the threats of Bin Laden who claimed he would attack America with terrorist activities again, if his warlords were to come under fire.
Meanwhile back at home here in the USA several military aircraft are scouring the skies for any signs of terrorist activities and are on high alert! And finally let us not forget the Airline pilots, flight attendants and passengers who lost their lives in the travesty on America as well as those who perished in the World Trade Center and Pentagon disasters. Pray for their families and our soldiers overseas!

2001 A New Year!
Today is the first day of the rest of your life! What have you done differently to change the direction your life is heading in. Someone once said you are what you read or you are what you watch on television. Makes sense doesn't it. If you read a lot of evil literature or watch a lot of evil television you gradually become that in your life.
Sometimes it is so subtle that you don't realize that you are falling into that sort of trap. I was amazed at how many people are going to "R" rated movies lately and the box office is raking in millions of dollars on their movies. It's no wonder that good Christian movies like, "The Omega Code", "Left Behind," and others are subject to ridicule by the so called, "Movie Critics." They too have become hardened in their hearts because they have lost their inner witness within for good clean family entertainment.
A recent study out of California has shown that the secular television stations have increased the amount of nudity, vulgar language and violence in their programming that comes into our homes on a daily basis. Think of what our children are being exposed to on television these days when mom and dad go out on a dinner date!
How about the internet being used in our family library in your home town. Some people don't want any restrictions placed on the scum that is available on the internet to our youngsters in their libraries, just so that they can go and use the computers for their own lustful purposes. Isn't it any wonder why so many people are being caught these days by trying to entice young people into immoral acts by using the internet. Some adults think that they can get away with anything and are now getting caught. Sorry!
I would like to encourage you to attend the church of your choice and get close to God. We are living in a time when the Lord Jesus Christ is soon to return for his bride (the church - the Christians who are born again and living to serve God). You can read this throughout the new testament in the bible and especially in the book of Revelations as to what will happen in the end times. Yes there are other books in the bible that will tell you the same thing but how about cracking open the bible and begin reading in the book of Matthew through to the book of Revelation. You will be glad you did, it will change your life forever! See you in church!


2000 A Holiday Message
We are celebrating the holiday season beginning with Thanksgiving. Truly at this time most everyone is aware of the problems that have occurred during the National Election for the President of The United States of America. We should all be praying that God will provide us with the right person for the Highest Office in our great nation .
We need to give thanks for all the great things God has blessed us with this past year. Some of you may have experienced hardships during the past year and we pray that the God of peace will give you rest, peace and healing in every area of your lives.
Christmas is just a short time away and we will celebrate this special time of the year by giving glory to God for the birth of His Son Jesus Christ! Why not bless someone who is really in need this year during the Holiday Season. If you do, great peace will come upon you and God's blessings will fall on you .The bible says that if we give that it will be given back to you pressed down shaken together and running over. Visit someone in a prison, hospital or nursing home and tell them you are praying for them and that you love them in Christ Jesus.

The Choice Is Yours! Where Will You Spend Eternity?
What an exciting time of history we are living in. Technology is advancing so fast! The speed at which new computer software and hardware is entering the market place is sometimes hard to comprehend. One thing for sure as more companies enter the market place it drives the cost down for you and me the consumer. Thank God for this new technology as it now makes it possible to communicate around the world and to help spread the Gospel in these last days.
Why do you suppose society is moving so fast? Have you noticed the sexual immorality and evil-mindedness in the television programs and movies that are being shown today.
What this should mean to you is that it's important to spread the Gospel like never before because there is a lost and dying world of people who need to hear the good news. What is the good news?
The good news is that there is positively hope, faith and love in the person of Jesus Christ. Jesus died on the old rugged cross for you and me. Why? Because He made a way for us to enter into heaven without going through a lot of unnecessary religious beliefs or steps to salvation! Jesus said that, "I am the Way, The Truth and The Life and he that believes in me though he were dead yet shall he live!
What does that mean? If a person who has invited Jesus Christ into his life to be Lord and Savior he may die physically but spiritually he shall live forever in the presence of the spirit of God and shall be ushered into Heaven immediately upon his or her death. The moment you invite Jesus Christ into your heart and life you are born again. Let's examine the process to help you make a decision.
Now you may say how can I invite Jesus Christ into my heart and life. Simply, you need to just say with your mouth and believe in your heart the following words: Dear Heavenly Father I ask that you forgive me and cleanse me from all unrighteousness and that I believe that you are the Son of the Living God, that you died for me and rose again on the third day and Lord Jesus I will serve you and only you the rest of my life! (If you did this we would like to hear from you and rejoice with you!)
That is it! If you said that little prayer you are a new creation in Christ Jesus. You are now born again! Isn't that easy! You don't have to attend church all of your life to receive salvation, or you don't have to be a good person every day of your life to make it into the Kingdom of God, you don't have to belong to a certain denomination or be a religious leader of some sort. You don't need to do good deeds all your life. All you need to do is invite Jesus in your heart and life.
Once you do this you will need to start to read the bible. Because you have made this step of faith, reading the bible will be easier than you ever thought possible. Once you are born again you now have the Spirit of God living within you and the bible is spiritually understood so it makes it a whole lot easier to read and apply because you are now a child of the Living God! Attend a good church and fellowship with believers - that's real important!
Do you know that eternity is a long time and there is only one other location that the unbeliever will go once he or she dies and there is no second chance to change your mind once this happens. Hell is a real place! It is not something that a person should make fun of and say something like all my friends will be there so why not me? Of course if you fellowship with friends who don't believe in God chances are you will be just like them. I am telling you that there is a loving God out there and He doesn't want you to spend eternity in hell. That is why He sent his only begotten son - Jesus to die for you and me so we can have life and have it more abundantly. He made the way, not someone else or something else like a chicken, donkey, goat, cow, monkey or pig.
Let's face it men have gotten in the way over the last two thousand years and have established hundreds of different beliefs and have taught people everything under the sun about how to lead and live a good life but the truth of the matter is found written in the bible and has been there a whole lot longer than you and I and our ancestors have been around on this planet earth.
Make no mistake about it, (Your Decision could cost You Your Life - Eternally) if you don't do what God suggests for you to do to be a successful individual the rest of your life here on earth and in heaven. Heaven is a real place with real beings. That is where God, the angels and born again believers that have died, even all the people who loved God in the bible are there, The bible is a real account of what has happened, is happening and will happen in the future. God is real and He loves You and I very much and has given everyone a free will to choose from salvation or damnation, the choice is yours and yours alone. It doesn't matter what age you are as long as you are at the age of accountability in life, the law is in place and no one or anything can ever change it!
You can break the law in our society and you may get caught and spend the rest of your life in prison but if you break God's law on salvation you spend eternity in hell. It's that simple! The choice is yours don't throw it away!
Now go back and say that prayer that I gave you above and say it with your mouth and believe it in your heart - You Will Be Saved! Once you have said this prayer let us know so we can rejoice along with you. And by the way, welcome into the family of God. God Bless You!
